The Scene Shifts to the Hospital
It had been three days since Meemah was admitted, still unresponsive. Daddy was deeply worried, so he prepared for them to travel to India for medical evaluation.
Upon arrival, Meemah remained unconscious for days.
On the second night, she suddenly woke up while Mommy was in the bathroom.
She looked directly at Daddy, quickly removed all her medical tubes, and rushed at him. Before he understood what was happening, Meemah lifted him off the ground with one hand, his legs shaking, his eyes bulging as he struggled for breath.
Tilting her head unnaturally, she opened her mouth and spoke in a terrifying voice:
“You broke the covenant, Sa’idu. Now our time to fulfill the promise has come.”
